Can I use the same app on my iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch?

Yes. Absolutely!

You only have to purchase an app ONCE from the iTunes App Store and have it loaded on one or all of your iOS devices( iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) 

You must be logged in with the same Apple ID on all devices. Purchases are tied to your iTunes Account, so you must have the same account set up on all your devices.
